This Cookie Policy explains how DB coding S.R.L. (“DB coding S.R.L.”, “we”, “our” or “the Company”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website dbcodingsrl.com.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit it. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local or session storage, can also keep small pieces of information on your device.

2. What this website stores

This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies, and it does not use analytics cookies. For this reason there is no cookie banner: there is nothing that requires your consent.

The only things the website keeps in your browser are two technical preferences:

  • dbc-intro (session storage): remembers that the opening animation has already played, so it does not repeat every time you return to the home page. The browser deletes it when you close the tab.
  • dbc-lang (local storage): where the website is available in more than one language, remembers the language you chose, or that you closed the suggestion to switch language, so that you are not asked again.

Neither contains personal data, and neither is ever sent to our servers.

Legal basis: this storage is strictly functional to how the website works and does not require consent.

3. Statistics without cookies

To understand how the website is used we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or any other storage on your device, and it does not fingerprint or follow visitors across websites. It only produces aggregated figures, such as the number of visits to a page.

4. Third-party services

  • Hosting. The website is served by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the service from abuse.
  • Contact form. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms. No cookies are set when you send a message.
  • Fonts. Fonts are served from this website. No request is made to third-party font services.

Links to external websites (for example the products and clients in our portfolio, or social networks) lead to services that have their own cookie policies.

5. Managing storage in your browser

You can delete cookies and site data, or block them, from your browser settings. Since this website stores nothing but the technical preferences described above, blocking them only means the opening animation may play again and the language suggestion may reappear.

We may update this Cookie Policy when the website or the applicable rules change. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page.
